Can I get a refund?

If for any reason after enrolling on a course you find that you cannot attend, you may be eligible for a refund of fees.
- Students who do not commence a course/class
- Students may seek a total refund of their tuition fees provided that they have informed the Inclusive Learning Manager, in writing, of their intention not to attend the course/class at least three weeks before its commencement.
- Students withdrawing from a course/class
- Where a student withdraws from a course within three meetings of the class from the starting date, the Principal shall have discretion to reimburse all or part of the fee paid. A £12.50 charge for administration may be charged.
- Arrangements for other refunds
- Arrangements for other refunds will only be made in very exceptional circumstances. Such circumstances would include a course that has been discontinued as a result of a college decision. The Principal’s decision is final.
