The Internet Café

Situated on Level 3 of the college The Internet Café is there help you achieve your learning goals. The newly refurbished facility is open to all learners enrolled in any subject at the college and offers a relaxed, informal environment for study and the completion of coursework. The area also provides a place for those looking to take a break, unwind and read a book, magazine or newspaper with a comfortable lounge area.

The Internet Café is also ideal as:

  • A place to meet for group work with other students from your course.
  • A place to improve or update your IT Skills
  • A facility to allow you to follow an independent course of study

Getting Started

1) Call in to reception to pick up your unique learner number and password
2) Log on using any PC in the Internet Café
3) Open your required program through the start menu
4) Save you work onto the U:\ drive or onto a USB pen
