Programme Structure
Choosing to do 7 units or 10 units will give you either a Level 2 or a Level 3 qualification.
The level of NVQ you embark upon is agreed with you, your line manager/head of department and your assessor.
- Level 2 NVQ for Teaching Assistants - 7 unit qualification
- The Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) description of a Level 2 qualification.
- Level 3 NVQ for Teaching Assistants - 10 unit qualification
- The Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) description of a Level 3 qualification.
