Paying a minimum fee

Part time learners who qualify for any of the following income based benefits will have to pay a £5 minimum fee per course:

  1. Job Seekers Allowance
  2. Income Support
  3. Working Tax Credits (household income less than £15,940)
  4. Pension Credit (guaranteed element only)
  5. Dependents recognised by the Department of Work and Pensions for benefit purposes
  6. Council Tax Benefit
  7. Housing Benefit

Learners need to bring recent proof of their entitlement such as awards notice, bank statement or completed U1 form.
