Access courses are specifically designed for learners who;
- Want a second chance at education
- Have had a gap in their education due to other commitments
- Would like to return to education and to eventually progress on to university
Ascentis Access to HE Diplomas have been designed in conjunction with Higher Education Institutions and are fully approved by the QAA as evidence that learners, aged 19 and over, are ready to move on to study at degree level or equivalent.
The Ascentis Access to HE Diploma is an alternative to traditional GCSE and A2 (A) level courses. You would have to complete 2 units at level 2 and 2 units at level 3, as well as Study Techniques at levels 2 and 3, to gain the full Diploma.
